With warm weather upon us,
many people are thinking about
their bodies and getting some exercise
(you know - tone-up)
There are always exercise videos,
from the library, eBay, amazon, etc...
There are also videos on
You Tube and On-Demand
or...
if you really hate exercising, here's a few for you...
Take your dog for a nice long walk
(double bonus points for that one)
Get a paper route,
( it will provide 365 days of early morning exercise and make you a little cash)
rock a baby to sleep,
(the bigger the baby the more points you get)
stretch while putting the dishes away,
exaggerate your everyday movements
learn to hula hoop
dance to your favorite song
awaken your kundalini energy
and say ahhhhh
to all the water we have in the sky right now
and continuing this summer...
