Why do we want to lock up so many of our citizens?
How many inmates are non-violent offenders?
How many have "Social/Health/CLASS Issues"
that keeps them inmates?
The media keeps us focused on:
Race
Money
Healthcare
Education
Global Crisis
Gas Prices
etc...
